Hi there,
I design for products where the problem is never obvious and the stakes are real. AI platforms, B2B SaaS & CRM tools. The kind of work where getting the experience right actually changes outcomes for the people using it.
My path has been shaped by a few defining moments. At CloudCherry, I designed two features that became central to the product's value proposition. The product was later acquired by Cisco, becoming Cisco WXM. At Ultimate, I was embedded in the customer onboarding team, designing the very first experience a user had with the product. The work we did there, including a self-serve sales tool that contributed to a €480k pipeline, caught Zendesk's attention. They acquired Ultimate, and I came in as part of the team leading AI innovation.
At Zendesk, I moved into designing agentic AI chatbots, working on the systems that control how bots think, communicate and behave. It is the kind of work that is nearly invisible to end users but deeply consequential to the product. That is exactly where I want to be.

2025 - 2024
Product Designer
Zendesk AI Agents, Berlin
Joined through the acquisition of Ultimate.ai. Designed the systems that define how AI agents behave, covering instructions, tone of voice, entities and use cases. Also led the post-acquisition navigation redesign and the transfer of assets from Ultimate into the Zendesk product.

Sr. Product Designer
Ultimate.ai, Berlin
Embedded in the customer onboarding team, shaping the very first experience a user had with the product. Over two years, I designed across a range of tools and workflows. One of which, a self-serve sales tool, had an outsized impact, cutting onboarding down to 15 minutes and contributing to a ~€500K pipeline and a 27% inbound conversion rate.

Promoted to Lead Designer within 4 months. Led a team of 6 designers through daily design reviews, mentoring, and client presentations, fostering a culture where good work thrived. Worked across industries, with notable projects including a full redesign of Mahindra Finance's financial services ecosystem.

Product Designer
Cisco WXM (Formerly CloudCherry), Bangalore
CloudCherry was acquired by Cisco, becoming Cisco WXM. The work done here was part of what made that happen. Designed a response-based notification system with configurable parameters that helped clients track trends in real time, and led a complete revamp of the questionnaire builder - two features central to the product's acquisition.
